Biography

Hi there! I’m Jenny Chohan, your Mydoma Project Management VA.
I went to the International Academy of Design and Technology in Toronto and graduated with honors from a 3 year Interior design diploma program. I’m obsessed with design and fueled by artistic passion, I founded Jenny Chohan Interiors in 2019 to bring my unique style and my clients’ visions to life. Besides my own design business, I have also provided virtual design assistant services to interior design professionals since 2020.
Creating beautiful and comfortable spaces for my clients is my passion, but raising my children is my greatest honor! I love creating homes that people will love for a lifetime. I believe in making the process simple and even, dare I say, enjoyable for my clients.

What made you decide to become a Designer Virtual Assistant?

As a solo designer, you sometimes need someone to work on a project basis and might not want to hire a junior designer yet and pay all the expenses that come with hiring someone. This is where I come. Virtual design assistance services give me flexibility around my schedule, and I’m very passionate about helping my industry partners.

What are your top 3 traits your clients love?

When working on a project, I like to make sure there is excellent communication with my client. I also like to have excellent attention to detail when working on a project and have capability of meeting deadlines.

What is your X-factor a.k.a. the one thing that differentiates you from other VA’s?

The abilities to save you potential overwhelm and stress while managing your design projects and provide you with personalized experience.

What is your signature style and/or the styles that you love working with?

I love modern design, transitional, and mid-century style.

What is your key strength as a virtual assistant?

Efficient multitasking, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability. These strengths enable me to handle numerous tasks quickly and provide effective solutions to clients while adapting to their preferences and requirements.

I will send you a link to my discovery call, and on the call, I will discuss what services you are interested in. Once you have purchased the service package, you will fill in a questionnaire and add me as a project manager in your Mydoma Studio. We both will also sign a virtual design assistance agreement.

What are 3 Fun facts about you ?!?!?!

I love nature and like to go for walks on trails.
My favorite colors are black and blue.
Most people tend to either be a user of left or right side brain but I am lucky to be both as I am lefty and a righty!
My favorite part of design is conceptualization, where there are endless possibilities…
