My design background and my service attitude

Give us a glimpse of what happens behind the scenes when you’re putting together project for a designer (i.e. your process).

After learning about the details of the project and determining that I am able to help, I collect a retainer to kick off the project. Then I help my designer load up all of their images of the space, their existing plans, and design concepts in to Mydoma Studio. I set up files for everything to stay organized. I typically have an as-built photo and plans file, design spec folder, rendering drafts for feedback folder and whatever make sense for the unique project. I take all of the information and build out the space. I select the best models that align with the actual products proposed for the design. I also do test renders to determine which models look the best. About midway through I send my designer draft renders for feedback. Either with red line notes, or with a quick meeting, we come up with ideas to improve the end result. After finishing up the details, I receive the remaining payment and provide the deliverables. repeat

What are 3 Fun facts about you ?!?!?!
